Party Cheese Wreath Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pkgs of softened cream cheese
1 c of shredded cheese (mild Cheddar)
1 Tbsp of bell pepper (red); chopped
1 Tbsp of onion (green); chopped finely
2 tsps of Worcestershire
1 tsp of juice (lemon)
1/16 tsp of ground pepper (red)

Instructions:

Combine Cheddar and (cream) cheese using a mixer till blended well. Add onion (bell) pepper, Worcestershire, ground red pepper, and Worcestershire; mix thoroughly. Place inside the refrigerator for 8 hrs or for over a night.

Drop mixture on a plate and form into a large ring. Garnish (bell) pepper and parsley. Serve together with some crackers.
