Paneer (Homemade Cheese) Recipe
Ingredients:
16 c of milk (whole)
1 c of vinegar
Vegetable oil
Instructions:
Boil milk inside a (large) pot, but don’t scorch it. Add vinegar and allow mixture to separate for few secs. Strain through (clean) cheesecloth and twist cloth to completely squeeze liquid out.
Set cloth above a (flat) surface then weigh it down using a (large) saucepan (filled full with water). Allow to sit till liquid has gone, about 1 or 1-1/2 hrs, then a (firm) cake forms. Cut cake to an inch cubes. Slightly saute cubes with oil.
