Mint Chocolate Candy Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of wafers; crumbled
3 Tbsps of melted margarine
3 packs of soften creamcheese (8 ounces)
3 large eggs
1/2 c creme-de-menthe mint; chopped
1 tsp of vanilla
2/3 c of sugar
1 pack of semi-sweet chocolate (6 oz)
1/2 c of sourcream
Instructions:
For the body: You combine margarine and crumbs. Tightly press into bottom part of 9″ springform bake pan. Let it bake for ten minutes at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You combine sugar and creamcheese, using a mixer set at mid-speed ’til well-blended, then gradually add in eggs, mix after every addition.
Add in wafer, mint, vanilla and sourcream. Pour mixture into crust. Let it bake for 50 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Loosen the cake from the pan’s rim, cool completely before having the rim removed. Chill.
