Medaglioni Di Mozarella (Fried Cheese Medalli) Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1 & 12 pounds of cheese (Mozarella)
2 large eggs; beaten-well
Oil
Flour
Dried crumbs from bread
Instructions:
Form cheese medallion cuts, each about half-inch thick. Have these medallions rolled over flour, dipped in beaten eggs, then coated w/ crumbs.
You heat oil in thick skillet, enough to reach one-forth of skillet’s side. Have these medallions fried over mid-heat ;til golden-browned on each side. Drain well on paper-towels then serve at once.
