Les’ Cottage Cheese Garden Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
24 ounces of cottage cheese; small-curd
1/2 of carrot; grated
4 diced scallions
1 celery stalk; diced
Salt
1 tomato plum; seeded and diced
Pepper
1/2 seeded green bellpepper; diced
Instructions:
Combine together ingredients. Refrigerate it for 1-2 hrs. Serve salad on fresh lettuce leaves. Garnish w/ chopped scallions.
