Kathy Pitts’ Turkey & Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
2 whole-grain bread slices
A slice of smoked Monterey-Jack cheese
Radish sprouts
Oil (olive)
Fresh blackpepper (ground)
1/2 avocado (ripe); sliced
Alfalfa sprouts
A slice of ripened tomato
White-wine vinegar
Instructions:
Arrange bread in flattened surface. Place one-half of avocado cuts in each bread-half. Top the other bread-half w/ rest of ingredients. Drizzled w/ vinegar and oil. Top w/ reserved avocado and bread-half. Slice into four then serve.
