Kasespatzle (Spaetzle Cheese Noodles) Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps of margarine or butter
3 ounces of grated cheese (Emmenthaler)
2 c of noodles (Spaetzle)
3 onions; sliced into small-sized rings
2 Tbsps of chopped chives
1 tsp of dried mustard
Instructions:
Heat the butter a in frying pan, add sliced onions, saute ’til lightly browned. Combine cheese & dried mustard. Blend cooked Spaetzle noodles into cheese-mix and onions, mix thoroughly.
Transfer mixture into ovenproof dish and bake it at three hundred degrees Fahrenheit for twenty to thirty minutes, ’til bubbly and hot. Dust top w/ chives prior to serving.
