Cheesecake Ala Linda-Bah-Linda Recipe
Ingredients:
4 packs of creamcheese (Philadelphia, 8 ounces); kept at room temperature
2 packs of sourcream (16 ounces); kept at room temperature
1/2 Tbsp of cinnamon
2 & 1/4 cups of sugar
6 large eggs
1 Tbsp of vanilla
1 & 1/3 cup of crushed vanilla-flavored wafers
1/2 cup of melted butter
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Combine wafers, melted butter and 1/4 c sugar, mix well and gently press into the bottom part of a greased ten-inch sized springform bake pan.
Combine creamcheese, sourcream, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and 2 c sugar. Beat thoroughly ’til mixed well. Pour over crust in bake pan, then bake it for 70 mins.
