Cheese Steak/ Pizza Steak/ Pepper Steak Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

A thin steak slice
3 cheese slices (Provolone)
1 long roll (Italian)
1 onion sliced
Oil

Instructions:

Saute sliced onions. Place steak on heated skillet, cook ’til browned on 1 side. Then turn steak slice over & cover w/ sauteed sliced onions, then top w/ cheese. Once cheese melts, remove steak from skillet using your spatula then slide in between your bread roll. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Do not add cheese if you desire to have Steak-Sandwich. For Pizza-Steak, follow the same procedure but right before sliding meat into roll, spread spicy pizza-sauce over your bread. For Pepper-Steak, add peppers into onions.
