Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of cheese (Feta)
1 c of cheese (Ricotta)
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
1 Tbsp of olive oil
2 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely
1 tsp of oregano (dried, or mint)
2 Tbsps of yogurt (plain)
Instructions:
Crumble the Feta inside a bowl then mash the Ricotta; add into the bowl. Add oil and juice; mix thoroughly till smooth. Add oregano and garlic; stir them well.
Gradually add enough amount of yogurt, making the mixture thick for spreading. Cover tightly and place inside the refrigerator for 2 hrs (2 days maximum). Use as spread for pitas, baguettes, or dip (for vegetables).
