Cheese Souffle Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of butter
3/4 c of milk
1 c grated cheese
A dash of paprika
3 Tbsps of flour
3 pcs eggs; separated
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Melt butter in double-boiler. Add flour & stir ’til blended well. Gradually add milk in & cook ’til mixture thickens. Blend in cheese, stirring continuously ’til its melted. Add beaten eggyolks, as well as the seasonings; cook it for 60 seconds. Set it caside when done to completely cool.
Once cold, you fold in hard peaked, beaten eggwhites. Blend well. Pour batter into greased bake dish. Place dish on top of a wide pan half-filled w/ water, then bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees F. Serve while warm.
