Cheese & Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2.5 c of rice (brown); cooked
1 c of cheese (cottage or hoop)
3 pieces of onions (green) or scallions; chopped
1/4 c of cheese (Parmesan); grated
1 tsp of dill (dried)
1/2 c of milk (low fat)
Instructions:
Using bowl, combine the rice, onions, cheeses, milk and dill. Put into slightly greased pan. Put in the oven, 350 deg Fahrenheit for 15-20 mins. Makes four servings.
