Cheese-Puff Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 potato
1 large egg
1 tsp of wheat germ
1/2 tsp of butter
2 Tbsps of mild-flavored cheese; shredded
Instructions:
Scrub potatoes then pierce w/ fork. Bake for 45-60 mins at 450 degrees F. Remove potato from heat then mash it gently in small bowl. You whip the egg lightly in another bowl, then pour into mashed potato then blend in milk, wheatgerm, butter and cheese.
Spoon mixture into potato’s shell then wrap a cut of tin foil all around the bottom part of the potato so to avoid leakage.
Bake for fifteen minutes at 350 degrees F.
