Cheese Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c of peanut butter
1/2 tsp of salt
1 c sharp cheese; shredded
1 & 1/2 c of unbleached flour (all-purpose)
2/3 c of softened butter

Instructions:

Combine cheese, (peanut) butter, butter salt and flour in mixing bowl, blend thoroughly. Cover & have it chilled for 60 mins. Prepare oven. Heat it to three hundred seventy five degrees Fahrenheit..

Scoop a teaspoon of dough and arrange 2-inch away from each other on flat bake sheet. Bake cookies for 10-12 mins ’til golden-browned.
