Cheese & Lentil Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ozs of lentils (Red Split)
2 ozs of cheese (grated)
5 fl ozs of water
1 Tbsp of tomato puree
1 pc of egg; beaten
1 pc of onion (small); chopped
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven, 375 deg Fahrenheit. Using saucepan containing water, boil lentils ‘ til it turns into a firm paste (about 10 to 15 minutes). Take it away from flame, then add in the tomato and onion puree as well as cheese. Put some seasonings.
Add and blend egg in amounts sufficient enough in order to hold mixture altogether. Butter/oil baking dish then arrange the mixed ingredients. Bake 30 to 35 minutes ’til it turns gold-brown in color and becomes stiff to touch. You can serve pudding with boiled peas. Good for 1 serving.
