Cheese Grits Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 cup of grits
1 pound of Velveeta; finely grated
1/4 cup of margarine
1 dash of hot sauce (Pickapeppa or Tabasco)
3 pieces of eggs; well-beaten
Paprika
Instructions:
Cook the grits based on the instruction in the package. Add in the salt, cheese, eggs and margarine; slowly cook it ’til the cheese is melting. Take it out from the flame and put in the hot sauce. Move it in dish then dust it using paprika. Allow to bake for an hour, 250 deg Fahrenheit. Serves 12.
