Cheese Ball Recipe 2

Ingredients:

1 pound of cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 pound of cheese (Swiss)
1/4 pound of cheese (Roquefort)
A clove of garlic
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
Mayonnaise (just enough amount to hold ingredients together)
Parsleys, walnuts or pecans (for garnish)

Instructions:

Put cheese in a room temp. Grind all the cheeses with Worcestershire sauce, garlic and some mayonnaise for binding. Shape it into two little balls or into a single large one and then roll into paprika. Refrigerate. Good for 1 serving.
