Cheese Ball Recipe 1
Instructions:
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
4 ozs of cheese (blue)
1 box of cheese (Wispride, cheddar, with port wine)
1 Tbsp of onion; minced finely
8 ozs of cream cheese
Parsleys, walnuts or pecans (for garnish)
Ingredients:
Allow all the cheese to soften, then mix all the ingredients with the use of a mixer except for the garnish; shape it into a ball. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours, then take it out from the refrigerator around 30 minutes prior to serving. Top it with parsley, pecans or walnuts (in pieces or in halves). Sprinkle crackers. Good for 1 serving.
