Cheddar Chili Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 Tbsps of butter
1/4 c of cheese (Cheddar); grated finely
1/4 c of breadcrumbs (fine); toasted
6 ozs of ham; sliced thinly
1.5 lbs of cream cheese
3/4 lb of cheese (sharp cheddar); grated
3/4 c of onion (green); chopped
4 pcs of eggs
1 c of cottage cheese
3 Tbsp of jalapeno pepper; seeded & chopped finely
1 clove of garlic; halved
2 Tbsps of milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven, 325 degree F. Butter a 9″ springform-type pan. Combine breadcrumbs with 1/4 c of cheddar cheese. Drizzle mixture on pan, coating it, then put into refrigerator. Slice into dices about 1/2 amount of the ham and mixed with the rest of ingredients, then blend/process ’til smooth. Spread about 1/2 of mixture to pan; layer with the rest of the ham on top. Layer once again with the rest of the blended mixture.
Bake for 75 minutes and allow to cool down about an hour before transferring to wire rack to further cool. Then remove the sides and allow to cool more at room temp prior to serving.
