Cheddar Cheese Rice Mold Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of rice; cooked based on package directions
3 pcs of parsley (sprigs); chopped finely
3 pcs of onions (green); chopped finely
1 pc of egg (large)
1/2 c of salad oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 c of cheese (Cheddar); grated
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients altogether then pour on well-oiled mold. Allow to stand about half an hour and bake using preheated oven, 325 deg Fahrenheit, 35 mins. Transfer into platter (hot) then fill middle with shrimp (creamed) and eggs (hard boiled). Serve immediately.
