Chili Cheese Cubes Recipe
Ingredients:
8 large eggs
3/4 tsp of salt
1 & 1/2 c of Monterey Jack; shredded
8 ounces of green chilies; chopped
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 c of flour
1 & 1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Beat the eggs for 4-5 mins ’til light textured. Add in (baking) powder, salt and flour. Mix thoroughly. Fold chilies and cheese in.
Pour mixture into oiled 9×13x2-inch bake pan. Have it baked for forty minutes at three hundred fifty degrees F. Once done, slice into 2-inch squares.
