Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of raisins
2 c of softened creamcheese
1 & 1/2 tsps of vanilla
2 tsps of ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp of brandy
1/2 c of whipped cream
1/4 c of dark-brown sugar
1/2 c of mini chips
Instructions:
Combine brandy and raisins. Mix well to have all raisins coated, soak them for fifteen minutes.
Beat creamcheese and whipped cream in separate bowl ’til well-blended and smooth-textured. Add in vanilla, mix thoroughly. Add in cinnamon and sugar. Combine raisins & mini chips to the mixture, mix well. Dust w/ ground cinnamon on top.
