Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 c of oreos; chopped finely
2 Tbsps of melted margarine
4 packs of soften creamcheese
1 tsp of vanilla
3 large eggs
1/3 c of preserved raspberry; strained
1 & 1/4 c of sugar
1 c of sourcream
2 packs of semi-sweet (6 oz)
1/4 c of whipped cream
Instructions:
For the base: You combine margarine and crumbs. Tightly press into bottom part of 9″ springform bake pan.
For the body: You combine three packs of creamcheese & sugar. Blend w/ a mixer set at mid-speed, ’til well-blended. Gradually add the eggs, mix after every addition. Add vanilla and sourcream then pour into prepared crust.
You combine the remaining creamcheese pack & melted semi-sweet pieces, blend w/ a mixer ’til thoroughly combined. Add in raspberries, mix very well. Drop tablespoonful of rounded creamcheese batter on top of plain creamcheese batter, avoid swirling. Let it bake for 80 mins at three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit .
Loosen the cake from pan’s rim and cool completely before having the rim removed. For the topping: You melt semi-sweet pieces w/ cream placed over low-heat, stir ’til smoothened. Spread mixture over your cheesecake, then chill. Top w/ raspberries, extra cream & mint as you please.
