Cheese Truffles Recipe
Ingredients:
A pack of creamcheese (250 grams); softened
1/2 c of softened butter
1 Maclaren’s Imperial Cold-Pack Cheese (Cheddar)
Almonds (toasted); finely chopped
2 Tbsps of brandy
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients (except almonds) in a processor and pulse ’til mixture is smooth. Once done, have mixture shaped quickly into inch-sized balls.
Place in the refrigerator and chill them for a minimum of 3 hrs. Roll balls over almonds prior to serving.
