Cappuccino Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Base:
1.5 c of nuts (finely chopped)
3 Tbsp of margarine; softened
2 Tbsp of sugar
For the Body:
4 pack of cheese (cream, 8 ozs); softened
1 c of sugar
4 pcs of eggs
3 Tbsp of flour
1 c of cream (sour)
1/4 c of water (cold)
1 Tbsp of coffee (instant)
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions:
Create the Base/Crust by combining margarine, nuts and sugar then pressing them on bottom portion of 9″ springform-type pan. Then bake, 325 deg Fahrenheit for ten minutes. Create Body/Filling by combining flour, (cream) cheese and sugar with electrical mixer (medium speed) ’til well-blended. One by one, drop eggs while mixing. Add sour cream.
Boil water then pour coffee as well as cinnamon, stirring ’til they dissolve. Allow to be cooled and slowly pour mix of (cream) cheese, mixing ’til well-blended. Spread on prepared crust. The bake in oven, 450 deg Fahrenheit for ten minutes then lower the temperature 250 deg Fahrenheit and bake 60 minutes more. Loosen pan’s sides and allow to be cooled before taking off the sides; decorate using cream (whipped) and coffee when preferred.
