Cheese-Potato Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
1 basic meatloaf
1 instant or quick-cook mashed potatoes
1/4 c of crumbled Bluecheese
1 crispy and crumbled bacon strip
Instructions:
Follow basic meatloaf recipe, and add 1/2 of cheese then form mixture carefully into loaf and place in ungreased 13×9x2″ bake pan. Don’t add catsup, bake it as stated. Remove excess meat fat.
Follow package instructions in preparing mashed potatoes, add in remaining one-half of cheese. Then spread mashed potatoes all over your meatloaf. Sprinkle w/ bacon then bake it for another 10 mins or ’til potatoes are light brown. Serve while warm.
