Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 c of crumbs (graham cracker)
3 Tbsps of sugar
3 pcs of eggs
1 c of sugar
1/4 c of butter; melted
2 Tbsps of butter; melted
1 tsp of vanilla
24 ozs of cream cheese; beaten ’til fluffy and light
1 can of filling for pie (blueberry flavor)
Instructions:
Mix together well 1.5 c of crumbs (graham cracker), 1 c of sugar and 3 Tbsps of sugar. Cover sides and bottom of 9″ springform pan then set it aside. Slowly pour 1 c of sugar to beaten cheese, mixing them well. One by one, add the eggs while beating.
Add a tsp vanilla into eggs and continue beating then pour about 1/2 amount of batter to pan. Create a circular pattern on batter using spooned pie filling. Bake half an hour, 375 degrees Fahrenheit then allow to cool in room temp above rack. Put in refrigerator for half day before removing the pan’s sides.
