Cheese-Tomato Cornbread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of cornmeal
1/2 c of sun dried tomato cuts
1/3 c of (vegetable) oil
1/4 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/4 tsp of powdered garlic
1 c of biscuit ready-bake mix
1 c of milk
1/2 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
2 slightly beaten eggs
Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl ’til everything is combined and mixture is a bit moist. Add enough milk when needed. Prepare the oven. Heat it to 375 degrees F. Grease a 8×8x2-inch bake pan.
Pour batter over pan then bake for 40-45 mins or ’til golden and it will spring back when tapped.
