Petite Cheesecakes Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pkgs of softened cream cheese (8oz each)
2 pcs of eggs (large)
3/4 c of sugar (refined)
1 Tbsp of lemon zest; grated
1 tsp of vanilla
32 pcs of wafer cookies (vanilla)
Pie filling (cherry)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F then line thirty-two muffin cups with foil-baking cups. Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and zest; beat thoroughly.

Place a wafer on each cup and spoon a spoonful of batter on the top. Bake at about fifteen mins and let it cool for a while. Chill. Serve with spoonful of filling on the top.
