Buffalo Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of Durkee sauce (hot)
12 ozs of cheese (sharp cheddar); shredded
8 ozs of cheese (cream); softened
4 ozs of cheese (blue); crumbled
1/3 c of butter or margarine; softened
Instructions:
Put butter, (hot) sauce as well as chesses in a food mixer or processor. Process ’til texture becomes smooth. Refrigerate. Take out from the refrigerator twenty minutes prior to serving. Makes 5 serving cups.
