Broiled Fish With Deviled Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of fish fillets
Butter; softened
2 Tbsps of chili sauce
1 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
1 Tbsp of mustard
1.5 tsp of horseradish
Instructions:
Put fillets above buttered pan for broiler then brush them using butter that has been melted. Broil 8-10 minutes. Mix the rest of ingredients well then put on fillet, continue broiling 2-4 minutes more ’til cheese melts and browns.
