Blue Cheese Tenderloin Steaks Recipe
Ingredients:
4 steaks of tenderloin (thick)
2 tsps of onion; minced
A dash of pepper (white)
4 tsps of blue cheese; crumbled
2 Tbsps of cream cheese; softened
1 clove of garlic (large); cut into half
4 tsps of yogurt (plain)
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsps of parsley; chopped
Instructions:
Mix pepper, onion, yogurt and cheeses then set them aside. Coat and rub garlic on steaks then place on broiler rack with meat 2″ – 3″ away from flame. Broil for six minutes. Drizzle 1/4 tsp of salt on meat to season. Turn then continue broiling 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle with more salt and drizzle with mixture of cheese. Broil 1-2 more minutes. Decorate using parsley. If desired, serve with green steamed beans and lemon (fresh).
