Blue Cheese Pasta With Bergamot Recipe

Ingredients:

10 to 12 oz of spaghetti (wholewheat) or
10 oz of noodles (homemade)
2 Tbsps of parsley (fresh); minced finely
2 Tbsps of sesame oil (or walnut oil)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
6 to 8 oz of crumbled cheese (Blue)
8 oz of flowers (red, petals of Bergamot)

Instructions:

Cook pasta according to its package instructions until it is firm to the bite. Drain then transfer on a serving platter. Toss oil and parsley with the pasta. Season salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese and petals. Toss well and serve at once.
