Blender Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1-2/3 c of cracker crumbs (Graham)
1/2 c of melted butter
1/2 c of water (boiling)
1 pkg of Jello (lemon)
2 Tbsps of juice (lemon)
2 c of cheese (Cottage)
9 oz of whipped topping (frozen)
Instructions:
Combine butter and crumbs; mix thoroughly and press firmly onto the base of a 7×11 inch pan. Pour hot water onto the blender; add the Jello then blend till dissolved completely. Add a cup of cheese, then add juice; blend till liquid has smoothened. Add the rest of the cheese; blend til smooth.
Transfer Jello mixture in a large bowl then add the frozen topping; mix thoroughly till smooth. Place inside the refrigerator till set. Spread the filling onto the crust. To add variety, try with another flavor or use fresh fruits. Mix into the filling before spreading onto the crust.
