Baked Cheese Stuffed Potatoes – Gghol Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of potatoes (large)
2 Tbsps of heavy cream (hot)
3 Tbsps of grated cheese (Cheddar)
2-1/2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1 pc of eggs (well beaten)
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Scrub the potatoes then pat them dry. Bake in 425 deg Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Cut potato tops (lengthwise) then scoop the middles and place in a bowl. Add salt, cheese, butter, egg, and cream; mash and beat till fluffy.
Place the mixture inside the potato shells and brush more (melted) butter on top of each potato. Bake again for 10 mins or longer till tops turn slightly brown.
