Bacon Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of bacon
1 pkg of softened cream cheese (8 oz)
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1/8 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of Worcestershire
Pecans or Walnuts; chopped
Instructions:
Cook the bacon ’til crisp. Place on paper towel to drain the excess oil then crumble; place on a mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire; mix thoroughly and shape into balls. Roll onto the pecans or walnuts and refrigerate for over a night. Serve with crackers.
